Improving Access to General Practice with Evening Appointments

 

Local GP Practices are working together to offer patients better access to GP appointments.

 Queens Road Surgery is now part of the Pennine GP Alliance Improved Access Service for Central Halifax

 

To make an appointment contact us during our usual opening times.

 

The Improved Access Hub is provided at Spring Hall Medical Practice and is open from:

  • Monday - Friday - 6.30pm - 8.00pm *
  • Saturday and Sunday - 10.00am - 2.00pm
  • Ask your practice about the Bank Holiday appointment times

What You Need To Know - By using this service you are consenting for the Locality Hub to have access to your medical record for the purpose of this appointment.

15 minute appointments are provided by GP’s, Nurses and other clinicians at Spring Hall Medical Practice, who are acting as a local hub providing these appointments on behalf of the 7 GP practices of Central Halifax Locality.

How to book

To book these appointments, please contact your registered GP Practice by phone or in person and ask them to make the appointment for you. Appointments can be booked in advance or on the same day subject to availability.

How to cancel

If you cannot attend your appointment for any reason please contact your registered practice as soon as possible up until 6:30pm. Between 6:30-8:00pm please phone 01422 893022.
